Worth every penny! on Pasta & Pizza Tools

**Update** January 20, 2021 I've added a video of me using a pizza skin. As you can see, I love a lot of toppings: Tomatoes, roasted onions and peppers, sausages. The more toppings you add, the heavier the pizza will be and therefore more difficult to unload with a traditional pizza pan. I would say, without chaos it doesn't work. It's easy with this innovative pizza peel! After all the hard work of making pizza dough and toppings, you don't want to spoil your pizza by struggling to get pizza in a hot oven on a hot brick. I make homemade pizza and I think you'll want to buy this pizza peel because you make homemade pizza too. After all, do you really need a quality frozen pizza peel?! I hesitated to buy it because of the price. Come on, you can buy a pizza peel for less than $20. However, I gave it a try and I'm glad I ever bought it! I should have bought it a long time ago. First, it works! There's a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to flip pizza onto your pizza stone with ease. As someone suggested, practice loading and unloading an empty plate or even a round metal pizza pan. It's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. What I like best is that trying to toss a fairly heavy pizza with lots of toppings into a hot oven doesn't ruin my perfectly cooked pizza. How many times have I struggled with the pizza dough sticking to the shell. I've tried all-purpose flour, semolina flour (because it's supposed to act like little ball bearings - no!), cornmeal, etc. Nothing works like this pizza skin. Sorry, looks like I work for a company or pushy salesman. I really like this product and I hope it works for you. Oh yes, the biggest difference is that my pizza is actually crunchier and tastier. I don't have to heavily flour the shell to prevent sticking. All it takes is ultra-lightweight dust removal. To make things easier and faster, I only use this pizza peel to unload the pizza, and then I use my old wooden pizza base to remove the pizza because I have no problem removing it. cooked pizza.
