My previous review of this product mentioned that it is not a GE brand. This message is from the seller: Dear Customer, Midwest Electric Products was founded in 1945 by Jack Habinger. In 1975, Midwest Electric Products was acquired as a subsidiary of General Electric Company. We ask that negative feedback be removed. Your order will be returned once we have received the item back.
