A little background. I started taking tons of EVOO on Dr. Eating Gundry's diet and feeling a lot better. Since I'm going through a lot, I thought this was a good move. I threw in some garlic and poured it in. Now I like that it pours easily. What I don't like is that it doesn't seal well. This allows oxygen to enter and the oil to go rancid. Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose? I was really hoping it would seal better than this one, but until I find something better I'll go with this one.
