-The ability to have all my sales information in one place-Easy integration with other systems.-Very good customer support team who are always willing to help out even at odd hours! Nothing really I dislike about this system but maybe more options for customization would be nice? Maybe make it so you can choose what fields go into your reports instead if just having everything inputted automatically like now. It makes organizing our data very easy when compared against using spreadsheets alone because we're able to see exactly where something went wrong without us needing an accountant/trainer along side me every day doing simple math checks etc.
