This is a great buffer. I liked it until the plastic holding the handle cracked. The handle no longer holds because of the crack. I can't push the buffer. In the last 4 months I have contacted the pharmacy several times to have it repaired or to send me a broken plastic part. They didn't do anything but make me run. I currently have a $350.00 buffer left that I can't use and isn't making me any money.
