I go for a walk in the morning before sunrise. My route goes through my neighborhood (no sidewalks, few streetlights), along the local beach (no lights), and along the freeway before returning to the neighborhood (you must walk by the curb). These headlights saved me from collisions with cyclists and motorcyclists, and the cars saw me and went out a bit when overtaking. I've been wearing them 5-6 days a week since I bought them and it's been almost 4 months since I had to change the batteries. The only thing that bothers me is the adjustable shoulder straps. I wish they were hard rubber or silicone rather than plastic; The plastic can be bulky/chafed when I'm walking a longer distance or in a hurry. But overall very happy with these. Such a great purchase!
