Nice and bright. I wore them around my ankles instead of my arms and the flapping straps made it feel like my shoelace was coming undone. One of them is defective and does not remain light when moved during natural running motion. I think I will send them back. Apparently they would be great if you wore them on your hands, as they say, and if one of them wasn't defective.

excellent bracelet with light. Others tell me I was sighted 1/4 mile before sunrise in relative darkness. I usually use full light in the dark and then switch to flashes with early or late light. I use a red patch as my eyes are sensitive to red wavelengths. The bandage is a bit longer for my bare wrist so I cut it as short as possible and then wrap the excess around me. Best worn over clothing Recommended for walkers/joggers.

I wanted to like it, but I can't. The first problem is that they don't fit snugly on the hands. No matter how much I tighten the straps, after a few minutes they loosen and it falls off my arm. The second issue I encountered was the brightness, or lack thereof. These are not bright at all. To be honest, the $6 lighted collar I bought for our dog is a lot brighter. All in all, I'd say look for a different brand backlit headband if you want to be seen while you run.

Wanted to be more visible to cars when I walk in the dark in the morning. A safety vest helped, except for sleepy drivers who forgot to turn on their headlights! I go for a walk in the morning before sunrise. My route goes through my neighborhood (no sidewalks, few streetlights), along the local beach (no lights), and along the freeway before returning to the neighborhood (you must walk by the curb).
