The best part about this product was its ability be used in any hospital or clinic that I have ever seen, even those without an electronic medical record system! If you are looking at ways how your healthcare organization can make data more accessible (for example - HIPPA compliance) then definitely check out chart request asap!! You will not regret it afterwards. There really isn't anything bad i could say because we actually received our own custom application which made life easier than before with all kinds of different types/formats available through ERP systems like Epic etc.,.
