The ease in which you can create forms, templates or reports using chartrequest software makes it very easy when working with multiple clients who use different programs/softwares like Excel etc., I dislike that there isn't an option where we could easily send out our own email instead if having them do all work related emails through their system but since they have made so many changes recently this has been fixed now! The best part about this product was its ability be used in any hospital or clinic that I have ever seen, even those without an electronic medical record system! I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use, but also has many options in case you need more customization or advanced features down the road! It took me about 30 minutes of reading through their website before realizing there are multiple ways to do things - not just one way as with most software out there (or at least less obvious). So if your looking into this product make sure you know what exactly you want from them first because they offer quite a few different types/levels of services
