Update: This is the softest diaper he has. They are very light and airy. They are too thin to use as a car seat cover (don't block the lights) but I often use them as a nursing cover in public places. Other than that, I can't let my son play with it anymore. They are so thin that they pose a serious choking hazard. He was toying with one (while I was next to him) and suddenly he sucked it down his throat and started gagging. Believe me, I got him out of his airway so quickly! I absolutely do not recommend wearing them around older children. Original Review: I ordered a pack of these diapers for my 2 month old son after seeing them given to a friend. These diapers are very light and airy. I live in California where it can get very hot. My son is like me where he radiates warmth. This is evolutionarily advantageous in hot climates, but it also means you can easily overheat if you curl up. That's why we don't use these diapers in the traditional way (although they're fine for that!). We use it as a light blanket to keep him warm when the A/C is on. He really likes these diapers and feels very comfortable when we use them. The combination of bamboo and muslin makes these diapers more eco-friendly and sustainable. The only complaint I had was that the diapers felt very rough when I first opened the package. I thought about returning them, but then I remembered that bamboo can get soft after washing. I threw all 4 in his wash and they can get pretty soft (and only get softer with additional washes).
