Review on Mover Parts Starter Solenoid AM102577 by Onsommoshit Mathews

Got this starter solenoid to replace a faulty solenoid on my John Deere zero turn mower. I thought I got a $28 deal when a part was 7x the price through my John Deere dealer. A little concerned when the box said "Made in China". Installed and trying to connect the wires to the battery there were few sparks as the battery was shorted directly. Yes, it installed correctly. Bit the bullet and went to my local JD dealer and got some of them. Installs and works fine. Lesson learned. When it comes to lawn electronics or farm equipment, it's best to go with a reputable source.
