A few weeks ago I sprained my kneecap and sprained my MCL so I ordered this brace to help me recover and stabilize my knee when I go back next week go to work. I saw other reviews complaining about this brace running small, and my measurements were right on the border between M and L (according to [.] ), so I ordered L. It almost took me a crowbar and a winch to get around to get her over my knee ! It was too tight but I can say the brace is high quality and will work for my needs. So I have to send it back and order XL. Pay attention to the sizing and order a size or two larger!
