It's very comfortable (due to my specific issues

This replaces a recent single purchase (another company) which was immediately returned (the patella stabilizer was OVER the knee!) It's very comfortable (due to my specific issues I removed the metal hinges, so the fit and use is EXACTLY what I expected and needed).

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • I don't have a huge grudge about it, everything is fine

Works as advertised

It's a tight fit and for things like this a tight fit makes sense. And it works as advertised. People who complain that it doesn't fit are probably measuring it wrong. First of all, the most important measurement is the hip circumference. You measure your thigh at 6 inches from the center of your knee. Make sure to measure it for FREE. Then select the size according to the table.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Thin

We LOVE this bandage in the Medical category

We LOVE this bandage! My husband injured his knee playing sports in high school and it's never been right since. He had to wear such a bandage for 20 years when participating in any sporting events. This is only the third car we have bought in 20 years. They are very well made, have good breathability for the bandage thickness and are adjustable for a comfortable fit.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

The size was wide.

The product is of very good quality. However, I measured my daughter 3 times to make sure I got the right size and she was clearly in the small range for her hips and close to average for the other two. However, when it arrived, she couldn't even lift it high enough to poke a hole above the kneecap. I'm not even sure the medium will fit when the little one is so tiny. The box says it's small, so I got what I ordered, but the sizing chart isn't right - not even close

Be careful with the size! on Knee Orthotics

A few weeks ago I sprained my kneecap and sprained my MCL so I ordered this brace to help me recover and stabilize my knee when I go back next week go to work. I saw other reviews complaining about this brace running small, and my measurements were right on the border between M and L (according to [.] ), so I ordered L. It almost took me a crowbar and a winch to get around to get her over my knee ! It was too tight but I can say the brace is high quality and will work for my needs. So I have to

Tight bandage, not designed for high activity

I am an amateur volleyball player and coach with a history of two patellar dislocations. So I always wore a knee brace when playing to prevent re-dislocation. This knee pad barely survived a season (7 months) of repeated jumping and jumping off the ground. The hinges ripped on the sides, top and bottom and the rubber U started falling out after the fabric ripped on the outside due to some indentations in the bottom. The final straw was that the bottom strap came loose. The bandage was alsoโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen
