This item can make your brake work a lot easier. But that's not the case. Whoever came up with this idea had the right thoughts and potentially made them the winner. However, the ratchet mechanism fails all too often. It's so simple that abusing this mechanism is a bit of a headache. once it actually worked. So it might work, but it's unreliable. I would suggest giving this to a German toolmaker who charges a fortune but gets it right. Otherwise, people can get stuck in the middle of working on the brakes, not without reason thinking that this tool saves them extra work and worry, but unfortunately it adds both.
