Very satisfied so far. Subtracting a star for delicacy and a little picky. Worked well but must be careful when disabling. You must remove the drives and use the computer's Eject External Media feature before removing it, or it will not recognize the drive when you reconnect it. It is very compact and light but feels fragile. I don't plan on carrying it in my laptop bag, so I'm not too worried. I used it to get photos from existing CDs and it read and copied very quickly. I haven't tried burning CDs with it or watching DVDs with it yet.
