I prefer the ability for multiple users within a network or organization to access information through different channels of communication (e.g., email, web page). It is also nice that you can export your contact lists so that they are not tied to specific software applications or pages in order to keep up to date across platforms/sites as needed. There really isn't anything bad about this program at all! We use it daily when interacting with our clients and prospect contacts. Being able to pull files from one location into another without having to do so manually helps speed things along greatly by making sure each user has exactly what he needs right away. I like that you can target individual companies or groups of individuals. It is easy to use and allows me to see where my work could be most effective. The cost can be prohibitive for small businesses. You may not have enough data to make good decisions about your audience. We are trying to reach a local group of small business owners in our community. This software helps us determine what products they would want to purchase and how we should market those products.
