It has all the required features which make it easy to manage the payroll department of your organization. I have never faced any issues during its use. In my opinion, most of the time it just works as expected. Even if you are using the software in your organization you can easily configure it according to its needs. We have used this product since 2012. No issues while working with them. They also provide good training to help people adjust the system to their needs and requirements. I like the ease of use, the flexibility to customise the system as needed, and the support that is provided by the P&I team. The ability to link up with external systems (such as payroll) is also very useful. There are some areas where the user experience could be improved. We have been able to streamline our HR processes, and make it easier for new staff members to get up to speed.
