Worst item I have ever bought online

Well the first one put an exploding dart right in my face. After checking the wiring everything looked fine. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I'll buy another one with my own money. The second was dead on arrival. Returned it for a third and there is a shirt in it. There is also a serious problem with the screws in this device. They don't screw in fully. They don't tighten, making them unusable for any real-world application.
