I spent hours cleaning and fiddling with the carburetor on a Toro Recycler with a Honda GCV160. I bled the fuel system, tried to adjust the carburetor, cleaned the jets and bowl and I couldn't get the mower to run for more than 5 seconds (better than the no start situation I started with I think I). started refusing my white flag and calling the local hardware store to pick it up for repairs. Eventually I found a part number for a complete carburetor assembly and decided to check out the Revain. I figured that for a genuine Honda part I'd be looking for at least $75 for a new build. To my surprise it was less than $20. For $20, don't even try to clean the carburetor on a Honda autochoke engine. Anyone with a 10mm wrench can replace this assembly and reuse existing gaskets to get the mower up and running in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this if your lawnmower won't start and you've already changed the fuel. I'll probably buy another one to keep on the shelf.
