Review on InnerTrends by William Hunter

The fact that this tool can analyze all my customer interactions with ease, allowing me to see everything at once without filtering through thousands of items. Having it take so much time before showing you results makes it difficult to determine whether or not something has changed since last week/month/year. I would like there to be an option to have more than one year's worth available simultaneously. It also needs to show graphs (bar charts) instead of just tables when analyzing my business metrics. Analyzing our sales funnel from initial engagement to final purchase by using analytics. This allows us to pinpoint what changes need to happen next to improve conversion rates.
