It does all you'd need for an aircraft maintenance organization. It's easy to use, has good tutorials, and if you're not sure how something works, it usually has options to choose from. I wish they had better customer service. Sometimes when I try to add something, I get no response at all. And when I finally do get contacted by someone, they might not have the answer I'm looking for. As an example, someone called me with a question and then never called back. The support could really use some training. Also, there are some functions that are very confusing because they don't make it clear what you're supposed to click next or where to put certain information. When I need maintenance data for my airline, I know exactly what records I need.
