Great option with great customer support
The ease of use for drafting new contracts as well as managing existing ones that have been created previously in another platform.
It's not easy to search previous versions so it takes longer than other platforms I've used which make you able to go back easily if something isn't working or there was an error made during creation/updating etc - this also helps ensure all parties involved understand what they were creating prior to signing off. A bit pricey compared to most other options but perhaps worth paying for if your organisation has many lawyers who need access (and can afford) the package? Ease of use when drafting any type of contract; whether short term agreements such as NDAs, long terms like employment contracts including severance packages.
- Very helpful staff available via phone / email support line should problems occur while navigating through features.
- Allows users flexibility by having several different types templates from standard form letter agreement up into more complex forms depending upon business needs
- Easy way forward is possible due diligence process being preloaded before legal documents are drafted allowing quick reference later down
