came with errors and damage to the disk

came new with errors and damage to the disk upon delivery. I was unable to install Win 8 or 10 on the hard drive and saw bad sectors causing errors when trying to install at least 2 different versions of Linux. It is only possible to install Win 7 before the first service pack, but all other updates after installation block the installation and do not load it. and that is with legal activations and not hacking. Even installing updates before activating Windows locks data due to hard drive corruption which shows bad sectors. I won't buy this crap again
