Review on CPTRAX for Windows by Tommy Rao

I like how easy it was to set up with our Active Directory environment! It's not as customizable or flexible in terms of what you can do without having someone else setup all that stuff first (i'm talking specifically when using an AD account). There are also some minor bugs here & there related to permissions which could be addressed by updating their product more often but overall this software does its job very well at tracking user activity within my organization. A great tool if used correctly so get ready for lotsa questions from management once they see these reports. We're able track where people go during work hours vs afterhours / weekends etc just make sure everyone has access properly before implementing!!
