Review on πŸ”Œ CanaKit Raspberry Pi 3 B+ (B Plus) Starter Kit - 32GB EVO+ Edition, Premium Black Case for Improved SEO by Joseph Hall

This kit is great and the Raspburry Pi 3 B+ board is .

This kit is great and the Raspburry Pi 3 B+ board is AMAZING! It's just okay, but you don't need it. I hooked up my keyboard, mouse, storage (running a noob OS) and monitor to the bareboard and ran the OS install: I just had to set the local scope in the configuration menu for the Pi to see my WiFi. This board with Raspberry operating system is fast! I am writing this review and am currently browsing with Chrome enabled. This operating system is great for learning about computers. It comes with gcc C compiler as well as several other programming languages like Python, Scratch, Greenfoot Java IDE and more. In addition, the board has output pins and software to control electronics like robots etc. At $35 for a base board, that's amazing. I swear this Linux OS board is faster than my old Dell Pentium 3GHz processor ($800 in 2000). Win 7: Yes, that's right. With its HDMI video output, you can use any TV with HDMI as a monitor. My only complaint so far is that it doesn't come with any MP3 player software or X Window compiler support natively. It includes LibreOffice which is compatible with MS Office (I downloaded the Excel spreadsheet with no problems). You can find more information about this board and operating system on Youtube. There are many videos about this. If you know what you're doing, you can save a few bucks by buying the board and peripherals al la carte, but the kit includes everything you need to get up and running in 5 minutes. ! The case is ok but you don't need it or you can buy another one. There are OS options to turn your Pi board into a media server and electronics kits to create all kinds of electronic builds. For the money it couldn't be better. There are videos online for multibooting different operating systems from an external SSD. I LIKE IT! Mike K
