I was very let down by the Nirvel Online Store.

The Nirvel online store is where I just purchased a few hair care products, and I'm sorry to inform that my experience with the company was less than satisfactory. Although they sell a large variety of items, such as hair color, hair masks, and other hair treatments, the quality of the products didn't meet my expectations, despite the fact that they sell a wide variety of products. To begin, the shade of hair dye that I ordered didn't correspond to the one shown on the website. I was unprepared for how much darker the color would be, and as a result, I got a result that was very different from what I had hoped for. The hair mask that I ordered did not live up to my expectations either. Although it left my hair feeling soft, it did not do much to nourish or heal any damage to my hair, nor did it leave my hair feeling silky. In addition to that, I found it difficult to navigate the website. It took a long time to load, and it was difficult for me to locate the items I was looking for on the site. The checkout procedure was also a source of frustration because it involved navigating a number of pages and loaded slowly. Last but not least, there was an unacceptable lack of customer service. After I had contacted them to voice my concerns regarding the hair color and hair mask, I did not hear back from them for several days. After what seemed like an eternity, I eventually got a response from them, but they were both unhelpful and insensitive. My time spent shopping at the Nirvel internet store was, on the whole, not very satisfying. Although they had a large selection of products, the quality of those products and the assistance they provided to customers both left much to be desired. I have decided not to do business with them in the future.
