Too bad there isn't a zero star option as I have a zero working Spartan Pro 1-11 turret coming back. Here's the story. I unpacked the device, connected it and pressed the power button. and waited. and waited. and waited. Nothing. No beeping, humming, fan noise, the LEDs remained dark, as did the display. NOTHING! Okay it must be a bad power cord, I mean who sends a bad one?! They must have a quality control process before packaging anything. So I unplugged the power cord from a nearby running tower and plugged it in and hit the power button. and wait. and wait. and wait. NOTHING! Okay, let's check out the company's website. oh that's interesting, the url printed in the product documentation is available on Go Daddy! I was able to contact their tech support using the toll free number on the back of the unit and the interviewee was very friendly and willing to create a return ticket for free shipping back to the factory and send a replacement upon receipt of the defective unit. I'm not sure I can wait the 2 weeks it takes. Too bad I thought it would be a great achievement which is why I chose the Spartan Pro over the Edge. I'd rather send it back to Revain via their return ticket and just buy another one, I understand technology - even new technology can go bad but it's no longer available on PRIME and that's what pushed me to this seller. Time to consider my options.
