I used this kit to bleed TEKTRO E-350 dual piston brakes. I used two syringes and two brake fittings from the many included in the kit. In my case, it was two different pieces of metal that connected to the brake lever and caliper. No instructions are included, but watching the Tektro tutorial video gave enough information to make the process easy. This was my first experience with bike brake bleeding and the results were good. I eliminated the spongy feel of the front brakes and improved stopping power. You need brake fluid (mineral oil in my case) which is not included. I rated the kit 4 stars based on the basic quality of the parts. I was worried that if I had to bleed the brakes again it would work in a year or two.
