This year I ordered a smaller size to make decorations for Christmas presents. I have the right amount and they are real wood with holes drilled. This is real wood so the dimensions are slightly different. I used this to transfer a photo onto a tree. So I used Moj-Podge, water and a heat gun. There are no problems with transfers, the surfaces are smooth without grinding. I think 1 or 2 may have come with small cracks although I can still use them. They come in a ziplock bag, which is good because they come dirty. The bark is peeling off in a few places, but nothing noticeable. You will receive twine and an orange cord for hanging. All in all a good deal, very happy with the quantity you get
