I can easily maintain a waitlist, and send updates to parents as needed without having access to my email account during business hours. The database has all of my students in one place - even if they are located across multiple sites! It is easy to change or add new pages quickly. There aren't any downsides that I can think of at this time. My biggest issue with this system is using their web-based form for adding children to its system. A text message option would be great because some people don't check emails until later in their day/week, so being able to communicate instantly saves me from having to enter data twice (e.g., when entering parent names). The ability to have all of my clients in one place is very convenient! I love that I can easily add new clients without having to go back and forth between different platforms. I wish there was more flexibility with how many children I could upload at once. It would be great if I could have multiple clients uploaded at once instead of only 1 client per page. Great for families with multiple children who need to keep track of their child care needs.
