Cloudy water only after boiling in a metal bowl

Aqua Cross Filter I've had it for 30 days. I follow all the instructions to run the water through the new filter first. When I boil tap water, it becomes clear. When I boil filtered water, it becomes cloudy. Although when I boil filtered water in a glass pan, it becomes clear. The water from the Aqua Cross filter is only cloudy in a metal pan. I want my money back.
