I had the unit delivered Aug of 2021, works great. I strongly suggest you use the supplied AA batteries for junk drawer use and install 4 quality brand name AA batteries. Oct 20th 2021 both FOBs quit working, I did a reset, relearn and nothing would make them work. I was very frustrated with LatchIt and their lack of support documents or manuals on their site which I conveyed to them in email and via chat. A very nice lady via chat support instructed me to take the batteries out of the door and attempt to reprogram the FOBs. A second option was to do a hard reset by removing the batteries and unplugging the controller from the module. I removed the batteries, installed them and both FOBs are now working perfectly. I would recommend this product based on the chat support alone. I will say again, they need to upload PDF manuals and support documents to the website as many of us with marginal internet do no want to rely on basic how to videos and would rather have the manual we forgot at home 400 miles away. GREAT PRODUCT thus far.
