Installed for testing immediately upon receipt. This item immediately started falling off pieces/pieces! The bottom piece of rubber holding your phone fell off, okay, no big deal right? I reattached it with super glue but it fell off the next day. I tried a different type of adhesive but to no avail - it peeled off faster resulting in the loss of a very important piece of rubber that helps hold your phone in place during installation. And without this thing, my phone kept popping up when I was driving! Absolute disappointment! So I tried to protect my phone with different tapes and paper but it didn't work. Also, the pieces of felt glued to the place where the holder touches the corresponding mirror fell off too! I am absolutely dissatisfied with this. One more thing; You must ensure that your car's rearview mirror does not have any function buttons (such as power buttons, garage door buttons, etc.) that will interfere with the placement of your phone holder; it happened to me What a waste of $10+ after tax. I didn't have a return window so I just threw this junk away, did myself a favor and ordered it and now I use a phone holder that works permanently on my car dash and I love it! Good luck everyone!
