Brackets broke immediately

I put the phone in the clamp when I was in the kitchen and when I went to the car the ball of the bracket that the clamp rotates on broke. Never made it to the car. I returned it immediately.

Useful BUT: Accessories

CONS-1) The phone mount is pretty flat so the popsocket gets in the way and the end can only pinch. A little scared if it breaks. 3) I have a small pickup truck and it takes up more space than I would like (short windshield).

Neat mount. :-) Good for accessories

so far I like it. However, this is not enough. I have a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. He's got one of those "smart mirrors" that's pretty deep. It was very difficult to install in place without damaging the mount. If you look at the photos you should see that the bottom legs barely snap into place. You also almost touch the SOS and call buttons. If a larger stem comes out be sure to let me know and I will buy from you. I like this concept very much.

Good mount but issues

Phone mount nut was missing so I couldn't tighten the swivel mount at the bottom. It all attaches well to the mirror, but without a nut to tighten the phone mount it would be junk. I had to shape a small nut to make it work. I understand it was a used/used item but it's disappointing that it wasn't all there. But I did it. Built in HERE, but everything is fine, and in the built-in form it looks good, hardly suitable for the new multifunctional rear-view mirrors. The spring-loaded mounts look…

Great, with a small downside.

Allows you to keep your phone where you can see it. An improvement would be great: I would suggest lengthening the "lever" of the clasp that holds the phone. When the phone is held upright (best for GPS navigation), the latch is on the power and volume buttons (and the Bixby button on newer Galaxy phones). The phone must be hung from top to bottom so that it is vertical and does not obscure the mirror. If the hand on the phone was a few inches longer, it could pinch the phone UNDER the keys.

Not what I was hoping for

I bought it to use in our car. We have two cell phones and I was hoping this would work for one of us. In reality, however, it wasn't the best choice. I probably should have returned it as my wife thought it would be a good idea but thought it might work in our truck. Poor quality

Installed for testing immediately upon receipt. This item immediately started falling off pieces/pieces! The bottom piece of rubber holding your phone fell off, okay, no big deal right? I reattached it with super glue but it fell off the next day. I tried a different type of adhesive but to no avail - it peeled off faster resulting in the loss of a very important piece of rubber that helps hold your phone in place during installation.
