Good mount but issues

Phone mount nut was missing so I couldn't tighten the swivel mount at the bottom. It all attaches well to the mirror, but without a nut to tighten the phone mount it would be junk. I had to shape a small nut to make it work. I understand it was a used/used item but it's disappointing that it wasn't all there. But I did it. Built in HERE, but everything is fine, and in the built-in form it looks good, hardly suitable for the new multifunctional rear-view mirrors. The spring-loaded mounts look like they will flex under force to hold the mirror. The phone holder is also DUMB, but that's a good thing so your device doesn't fall out when it hits a small bump or expansion joint on the freeway. When the phone is removed, the mount can be rotated back to avoid interfering. Too bad it didn't last a little longer. Most people need to mount their phone in landscape/landscape rather than portrait/landscape as the pads holding the phone can activate buttons on any side of your device they may be on. Good product, would have rated better if it wasn't for the missing nut. It's hard to say what long-term reliability will be, but time will tell. Driving is fine.

Cons
