Non-standard Logitech technology
I use my iPad on my lap, not at my desk. This keyboard case comes in multiple pieces and falls apart when I move. So the keyboard is held to the body by a magnet, but the iPad is secure. Also, the overall length from the keyboard to the kickstand on my lap is too long for me. The Bluetooth keyboard turns off to save battery when not in use and often pressing a key as instructed will not reconnect and I have to go to Settings/Bluetooth/Connect and press the key Press to connect on the keyboard. Disappointed, love the backlight, lid lock indicator...
