My feet are SO sore post pregnancy and when I found it online for such a great price I had to try it! It contains a small card of what to massage in each area of the foot if you want to relieve the condition of a specific part of the body. In general, a good quality item! My kids have stood on it (even after I asked them not to) and it's still standing strong and solid! The only thing that could be better is if the pins could be moved. The one at the end has big grooves for a deeper massage and I could use it on arches instead of heels. There are other products with detachable pins. So if that's what you're looking for, this might not be the best product for you.
