Review on Weanas Thicken Climbing Harness with Enhanced Waist πŸ§— Safety, Wide Half Body Harness for Mountaineering and Increased Protection by Kevin Abner

Not done properly, no harness, just a seat belt.

Can't speak for the more expensive product but the cheaper one has a corner on the vertical leg straps which causes the webbing to tighten at one point at a seam. At best, he'll be out in less than a season, and at worst, I'll leave him to your imagination. No matter how you set it or what size you are, it will never work properly. I hung onto it once and immediately felt something was wrong. It has a thin, already peeling sticker that says "Product Name: Seat Belts". I doubt you will need this for climbing. Other harnesses I've used have slightly but significantly different settings. It might be hard to tell from the photos, but one side of the webbing is tight and the other is loose. Therefore, the weight is distributed unevenly. Both the left and right straps are the same. This is a high-tension point, and if it fails, other seams will also begin to fail.
