I bought this house to protect my K&H heated cat house. The K&H cat house isn't waterproof, but it fits this plastic dog house perfectly, and putting the roof on this house upside down gives you a small opening in the front for cats to slip in without getting water and snow. too, and then simply unplug the cable from the back to connect the K&H home heating panel. Now I have 2 of these for my wildcats. In summer you can use this house alone to protect the kittens from rain and heat. Great little house, very sturdy. Highly recommended for people rescuing feral cats or keeping cats outside. Easy to wash and disinfect. Withstands extreme winters and summers. :D
