I play lots of ping pong, and take my paddles pretty seriously. Also, I play with a very strong forehand shot and use lots of spin when playing. This paddle far exceeded my expectations. I knew from the price tag that it would be very well made and probably very light weight. I didn’t realize how tactile the surface would be and how responsive it would be to the spin of opponent’s shots across the net. This is an impressive paddle – easy to hold and use, feels great in the hand, does exactly to the ball what I want it to do each time, and absorbs hard hits very nicely. I was able to return power shots that I could never have attempted to return with my other paddles. This is more paddle than the average player will need for sure – but if you are competitive and play a lot, and especially if you play a precision game with lots of spin and finesse, you’ll LOVE this paddle.
