So it works. But when dragged over a bowl, the silicone becomes a solid white speck. My (admittedly limited) understanding of silicone is that the dreaded "whiteness" indicates poor/poor quality due to the addition of fillers. That doesn't mean it's not secure (required). It's just cheaper to do. I will say that this brand is much thinner (stretched) than another brand (Orblue) that I have. I regret not choosing Orblue even though they are more expensive. I can easily see those popping holes while the other brand seems thicker and there never were any holes. Fur.
