The software has a clean interface and user friendly. It's free for small businesses, though a subscription model exists for larger organizations. It has a very intuitive user experience, and comes loaded with lots of features and tools. However, since it's still in beta, there are a lot of bugs, and the overall performance is sometimes slow (it lags when you're opening or closing tasks). The UI has improved significantly since its last update, and it's now faster than ever. If you use Outlook, you'll find that you don't have to manually enter employee information anymore; all the details are imported automatically into JisrHR. This feature alone saves us hours of data entry every week. It integrates seamlessly with popular payroll service providers, so that employees can easily access their paystubs online. One thing I would recommend changing is the background color of the task bar. It should be darker than it is right now. I'm impressed by how well the program organizes all my data and lets me manage it efficiently. I love the dashboard and reporting features, and I'm impressed with how many options are available for creating customized dashboards.
