It appears to be glucose crystals. I bought it in anticipation. Ingredient List: Glucose, fructose, sucrose, etc. Sucrose must be broken down into glucose and fructose during digestion, and fructose must pass through the liver to be converted to glucose before the body can use it. This product contains 35% to 40% glucose instead of 100% glucose. Buyer warning!
