As avid vegans we cook all our meals at home. Where we live there aren't many vegan options. This is a great addition for that purpose. heavy and without splash guard! We use peanut or sea oil. Mix them together, cook on medium/high until desired consistency is achieved. Cooking with it typically tastes better and healthier than any Chinese/Japanese commercial food option and costs a lot less per meal. As a paramedic, I urge you once again to look for the splash.
