What I liked about Adversus was the fact that they offer a variety of features such as predictive dialing, automation, reporting, and many other useful options. What I didn't like so much was that I had to pay for them separately. You cannot use them together. I found the pricing structure a little complicated. There are three tiers of service, each costing slightly less than the previous one. For example, tier 1 costs $24/month, tier 2 costs $28/month, and tier 3 costs $32/month. When you choose a particular tier, you're locked into it for that amount of time. If you want to move to another tier after the contract expires, you'll have to purchase another subscription, which means paying another monthly fee. This may seem like a small price to pay for such powerful and useful tools, but for me, it wasn't worth it. I would have rather paid a single lump sum for unlimited services.
