Review on Yosoo 3 Gears Speed Switch Bike Grips Cover: LED Display Screen & Accelerator Handle for Electric Bicycle by Farhad Cantu

I'm a bit of an electric car freak and one of my problems with early hub motor kits was the throttles would short out when they sensed a raindrop was within 100 miles. I started putting plastic bags over them to protect them when riding in the rain. This kit is similar to my friend's but looks like higher quality plastic and I like the display as the motorcycle kit I installed a long time ago doesn't have its own display. I also have a new controller that allows for a 3 speed derailleur so I have a mode that slows down my top end. The only problem is that the throttle and controller have different connectors for this use, so I'll have to cut one off once I find a compatible connector end. I don't use the crank at the moment either, as I have the rotary switch on the other side. I'm hoping to find a way to swap out the grip on the shifter for this one. I've also considered opening it up and using a glue gun to pour the electronics inside for better weather protection, but not sure if that's a good idea or not.
