Doesn't taste good at all. CHECK OVER! It dissolves quickly and is undetectable in consistency. TO VERIFY! It greatly improves my runs and my recovery. CHECK OVER! I have been using this product and Blue Raz for about 3 years now. This is my only fitness or endurance sport supplement (I run, bike, and swim) that I use consistently (sometimes I add electrolyte or creatine, but only in spurts). EVO was fantastic from the start and I've noticed a significant improvement in recovery performance. In particular, when I'm running cross-country and climbing a steep hill, I see a much quicker recovery after hitting a stage or starting downhill than without this BCAA. Blue Raz tastes good, but it's strong. So I use half a scoop of unflavored and half Blue Raz and it's the perfect mix in 16-22 ounces of water. Great product, I swear by it!
