The customer service support is great! They are always willing to help, and will work with you through any bumps in the road that come up along the way. I would love if they did some automation with their software so we wouldn’t have to constantly spend time updating the data. Keep working towards getting more robust features, as this can be a time consuming process. We use true influence marketing cloud as our lead management tool for all of our sales and marketing efforts. It allows us to track where prospects are coming from and make real-time changes to campaigns when needed.
