True Influence Marketing Cloud Has changed my life

The ability of this tool is amazing! I have used it for over 2 years now with no issues at all in terms or functionality - what you see today was built within months from launch as opposed to more than 5-6 yrs ago when we first started using true influence marketing cloud (TIMC). It's not perfect but they are always improving their product by adding new features that improve our business process like "contact routing". We've been able solve many problems through TIMCs helpdesk which has helped…

Reviewing Insights brought us an entirely new audience and opportunity

The UI is really easy to use with all of my data in one place (Salesforce). I can also easily pull any reports out from this tool as well! You have to be willing to put some time into learning how it works so that you don't get confused or frustrated when working within it. It's more complex than other marketing tools we've used previously but if someone has experience using SalesForce then they will pick up quickly because everything else flows directly off there too. Great product/excellent Customer Service

The customer service support is great! They are always willing to help, and will work with you through any bumps in the road that come up along the way. I would love if they did some automation with their software so we wouldn’t have to constantly spend time updating the data. Keep working towards getting more robust features, as this can be a time consuming process.
