Hole smaller than advertised
Smaller than advertised and narrower the deeper you go. I had to file the hole and shaft of the item I'm using it on to make it fit. Many others say that a drill makes it bigger. The protective layer of foam that touches the countertop has also come loose. A little uncomfortable.
